I didn’t have tofu or samgyupsal (pork belly) which is traditional, so I made a patch job, whatever-I-had-in-my-fridge version, instead. It’s was still pretty tasty.
Bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
And don’t forget dessert!!!
