Let’s Make…: Mars’ Bastardized, Fusion, Not-Authentic-At-All 김치찌개 (Kimchi Soup)

I didn’t have tofu or samgyupsal (pork belly) which is traditional, so I made a patch job, whatever-I-had-in-my-fridge version, instead. It’s was still pretty tasty.

Add: Japanese Rice Vinegar, Japanese Soy Sauce, minced garlic, salt and pepper, zucchini and kimchi.

1) Add: Chili Pepper, Kale, water to cover ingredients. 2) Cover

 

Bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve: over white rice.
